The rates to attend the conference and pre-conference reception are:

Sponsoring and Company level members:

  • Early-bird rate: £379 + VAT*
  • Standard rate: £425 + VAT**

Correspondent members and non-members:

  • Early-bird rate: £425 + VAT*
  • Standard rate: £499 + VAT**

*To take advantage of the early-bird rate, book by 31 May 2008.
**Bookings made after 31 May or not paid within 30 days will be subject to the standard rate.

As of 1st January 2008, reduced member rates are only available to Sponsoring and Company level members of BWEA. If you attend several BWEA events per year it may be more cost effective to join as a company level member. Click for details.
