RenewableUK Cymru 2010
Registration - online registration will open in mid March 2010
Over 250 people will attend RenewableUK's fourth annual event dedicated to wind, wave and tidal energy development in Wales. The event will be held on 26th May 2010 at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff. Delegates will include senior Welsh Assembly Government officials, investors, financiers, manufacturers, developers and all others with an interest in the latest policy and technical developments in wind, wave and tidal energy in Wales.

Notes, Terms and conditions
- Conference Passes include access to conference sessions and exhibition, lunch and refreshments, as well as entry to the Networking Reception (Tuesday 25th May, at the same venue).
- RenewableUK regrets that Exhibition Only passes are not available for this event.
- The early-bird deadline will be approximately three months before the event date and the exact deadline will be confirmed soon.
- For cancellations made more than
56 days before the event date a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice value
will be applicable. Cancellations cannot be accepted within 56 days of the event date and the full fee will be charged. Changes to delegate names can be made at any time, but delegate places may not be shared.
- For payments made by invoice an administration fee of £9.95 per booking will apply. To avoid this surcharge please book online by credit or debit card.
- RenewableUK will enforce a strict no-payment-no-entry policy. Payments must be made in full prior to the event or delegates will be refused entry.
- RenewableUK reserves the right to change the advertised speaker programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee.
- To qualify for the student rate a letter from your department is required.

Should, for any reason outside the organisers' control (acts of terrorism, pandemics, extreme weather conditions or industrial action) the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, the organisers will endeavour to re-schedule, but shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by registrants. If for any reason the organisers decide to make material changes to this conference, they are not responsible for airfares, hotels or other costs incurred by registrants. The customer takes part in the conference, all tours and trips at his or her own risk. Only written arrangements are binding.
