Exhibition - book by 16 May for reduced rates

A number of companies active in the wind, wave and tidal energy sector in Wales will be on display at the event. Please note this exhibition will only be open to registered conference delegates.

Exhibition rates:

Sponsoring and Company level members:

  • Early-bird rate: £750 + VAT
  • Standard rate: £850 + VAT

Correspondent level members and non-members:

  • Early-bird rate: £850 + VAT
  • Standard rate: £950 + VAT

*To take advantage of the early-bird rate, book by 16 May 2008.
**Bookings made after 16 May or not paid within 30 days will be subject to the standard rate.

All exhibitors are entitled to: 1 free 50 word description in the conference programme distributed at the event (deadline for these details is 6 June 2008), one complimentary conference pass and one exhibition staff pass. Exhibition staff passes are available to exhibitors only and do not give access to the conference sessions. An additional exhibition staff pass is available at £99+VAT on request. A maximum of two exhibition staff passes are available per exhibiting company.

As of 1 January 2008, reduced member rates are only available to Sponsoring and Company level members of BWEA. If you attend several BWEA events per year it may be more cost effective to join as a company level member. Click for details.
