Policy for Tomorrow (debate session)

This is a panel debate looking at the policy framework for future rounds of offshore wind. The session will start off with a 15 minute presentation by Tom Delay of the Carbon Trust on their view of the future of offshore wind and their initiatives to support it. This will help focus the debate on the potential of this technology and what is required to deliver it.
