Information for exhibitors
- Member rates apply to BWEA Sponsoring and Company level members.
- Each display area is 3 metres wide by 2 metres deep, 2 chairs,1 table and power supply. No shell scheme will be provided.
- All prices exclude VAT.
- For conditions and terms of payment please read the exhibition policies as outlined overleaf and online at www.bwea.com/offshore.
- Allocation of stands is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
- All exhibitors are entitled to:
- 1 free 50 word description in the conference programme distributed at the event (deadline for these details is 14 May 2008)
- 1 complimentary conference pass
- 1 complimentary exhibition staff pass (this does not give entry to the conference). One additional exhibition staff pass may be purchased for £99 + VAT. Each company exhibiting may have a maximum of two exhibition staff passes.
- Set-up times are 07.00-08.30 on 4th June 2008. All deliveries should be made using this DELIVERY LABEL. Deliveries may be made during the week preceding the event.
