Well over 400 people have registered to attend the event, which is now fully booked. Registration is now closed as the venue will be full to capacity.
BWEA regrets that we will not be able to accept any new delegates to the venue on the day for health and safety reasons, as the event is now full to capacity.

*Book by 6th March for the early-bird reduction. Sponsoring and Company level members of BWEA are entitled to further reductions, as one of their member benefits. Bookings paid by invoice will be subject to an administration fee of £9.95 per person. To avoid this surcharge, please pay online using a credit or debit card.

Terms and conditions
· Cancellations cannot be accepted after 28th February 2009 and the full fee will be charged.
· Substitutions are permitted at anytime. Delegate places may not be shared.
· BWEA operates a no-payment-no-entry policy. Payments must be made in full prior to the event
· BWEA reserves the right to change the advertised speaker programme due to unforseen circumstances.
· Accommodation is not included. Information about hotel accommodation can be found here.

If for any reason the organisers decide to make material changes to this conference, they are not responsible for airfares, hotels or other costs incurred by registrants. The customer takes part in the conference, all tours and trips at his or her own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of these conditions.
