Standard Rate

Includes access to all conference sessions, exhibition and all social events (including complimentary Gala Dinner ticket, which MUST be confirmed with McMillan-Scott Events as spaces are limited and issued on a first-come-first-served basis). Also includes lunches and refreshments each day, and a copy of the conference proceedings post-event.

One Day Rate

Includes access to all conference sessions, exhibition and the social event on Tuesday 10 October, but not the Gala Dinner (Gala Dinner tickets can be purchased from McMillan-Scott Events. Please note spaces are limited and issued on a first-come-first-served basis). Also includes lunches and refreshments each day, and a copy of the conference proceedings post-event.

Speaker/Chair Rate

See standard / one day rate. The same benefits apply. Gala Dinner tickets can be purchased from McMillan-Scott Events. Please note spaces are limited and issued on a first-come-first-served basis.

Exhibitor Pass

Each stand is entitled to one complimentary Exhibitor Pass per stand of 9 square metres in size (or below). The Exhibitor Pass includes access to the exhibition, the Civic Reception on Monday 9 October, the Exhibitor's Reception on Tuesday 10 October, and the Conference Social on Tuesday 10 October, but not the Gala Dinner. The Exhibitor Pass also includes lunches and refreshments each day. All passes are non-transferable. Each stand is also entitled to one complimentary full three day conference pass, including Gala Dinner ticket. All complimentary Exhibitor Passes and Conference Passes must be applied for with McMillan Scott Events. Please refer to the Gala Dinner section for information about applying for complimentary Gala Dinner tickets by the deadline of 22 September 2006.

Visitor Passes

Access to exhibition only. Does not include access to conference sessions or social events. Does not include lunches or refreshments.

Gala Dinner - ADDITIONAL GALA DINNER TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE

Delegates with complimentary Gala Dinner tickets must confirm if they wish to attend by contacting McMillan-Scott Events by 22 September 2006. Places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Terms and conditions

  • Cancellations cannot be accepted on or after 01 September 2006
  • Substitutions are permitted at any time. Delegate places may not be shared
  • BWEA operates a no-payment-no-entry policy. Payment must be made in full prior to the event
  • BWEA reserves the right to change the advertised speaker programme due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Accommodation is not included. Information about local hotel accommodation at reduced rates can be found here.
